Most new prepaid cards come with a 07 number. You will need to provide the first six digits of the national number to be able to clearly identify the operator (eg 075551XXXX is an SFR number - certainly not a premium rate number).

The French DID that voip.ms says they cannot route to is: +33 7 85 56 XX XX

Your rate will be 0.0199. And soon, we'll also deploy a new rate chart to make sure all new exchanges are properly included and that all of our rates are competitive or better than the competition.

Honestly, I think a matador has it easier than trying to keep a phone rate chart up to date.
