[iPad] Wallpaper Is Darker Toward Bottom

I'm talking about getting rid of gradient background when setting pictures as your home screen.

I know the reason why it's like this (to see the dock icons) but I don't care.

'Googling' tells me there's a way to stop this, but the link in the thread to the file needed is dead/invalid. Other methods aren't very clear to me.

I hope you guys can help me.

I have an iPad 3 with the 5.1.1 jailbreak.

Thanks!

If your iPad is JB'n, there is an app for that! Or a tweak, as it were.
Search Cydia for Clear lockscreen. There is one dev that developed a version of this, whos name escapes me. But I tried a few before finding one that actually worked. I don't have my iPad with me so I can't tell you the exact name of the tweak.
I'm going to JB my iP5 as soon as it releases, and the clear lockscreen is going to be the first thing I get.

Found it!
"iPad/iPhone Clear LockScreen" is the title of it.
Authors name is CoOoL_BoY.
This works on my iP4, and my iPad 2, both on 5.1.

Thank you... it works as listed.

What's amazing is that I've had this iPad for a few months (often changing my wallpaper) and just recently noticed this "feature."
