No more Charter Direct = back to 800# or what?
Looks like it might be about time for my twice yearly battle with Charter over my internet connection...what are all of you doing now for tech issues? Hopefully not the 800#?
sadly yes and last two tech visits the contractor just unplugged and replugged in the modem and it happened to come back so there is still some systemic issue thank god we will be selling the house soon and can get rid of this company...
Ugh, contractors...say no more. This company had really made a lot of progress with restoring their image, and then they axed the social team. I suppose I might have to just go directly to the FCC or BBB...no time for foolishness.

complain to Andrea.Brown@chartercom.com also mention how you miss there social team while your at it
I just shot off an e-mail to her complaining about losing the social network team and also asking why there is no lower level HSI tier.
