Re: [Northeast] High pings / bad routing... I wonder how Hurricane Sandy affected Verizon's preferred routes especially through the NYC area. I remember going straight from Syracuse to my gateway router and then on to NYC many months before instead of to a VA route like it is now. |

| There is deff a problem with Verizons routing. I can't play games with people on Time Warner in Ohio (I'm in VA) we used to be able to ping each other now we cannot, Someone on WOW in Ohio can. Even from their TW work account they cannot. It always dies at Verizons GNI router. |

| Well, it has finally been fixed after 36 hours. |

| No dice here, still being routed through VA and back to NY. I should note that this happens during the day, at night after 11PM usually my ping somewhat returns to normal. |
