I was behind this Prius and barely had time to snap a pic. Can anyone ID the type of plate it is? I've never seen one with that C to the left of the lic#

I'm not seeing the pics, either. A few days ago I saw a Mercedes with diplomatic plates. I couldn't identify the flag hanging from the mirror.

A plate of very little to say.....
A blank slate.....
A car of few words....
An owner with custom plates that finally shares how much we care about their plate...

I know Toyota makes a Prius "c." I think it's just a (unidentified) state plate someone modified.

I don't even think it's a California plate.

I think you're right. I didn't have time to really scrutinize. THe lettering was pretty faded where the state/province would go and I could just barely make out three red lower case letters: "ali". I'm wondering if what I thought was an i was actually part of a b and it is an Alberta plate. There was some small print under the C about low emission vehicle.
