Buicktown,Mi | [XPHome] Disappear desktop icons I bought this computer the first week Win7 was out and gave the old one to my daughter. I had a small program on it that made the icons on the desktop disappear and have forgot what the programs name is and how to use it. My son-in-law would like to disappear those desktop icons.
Can anyone refresh my memory? |

kudos:3 | You can hide desktop icons right from the desktop. Right click>view>show/hide desktop icons.

I was down to the kids house last night to watch the game and there is a place to toggle the icons on and off by right clicking on the desktop and looking under the properties (XP). It has been about three years now and all I could remember was that I used to do it. |
