[TWC] SNR has dropped but why?

Hi I was wondering why my SNR has dropped from 40-42 to like 37 SNR?

No one online can answer why your SNR locally dropped.

Could be a line issue anywhere from your modem to the hub, a modem, a node split, a additional downstream added, a modem changed downstream freq, a rogue modem or amp pumping noise into the plant. 37 is still great and you should see no issues until about 32 and below.

Are you having problems like disconnections?
