Re: [TWC] RR terribly slow I am in Fairport, NY. Periodically our connection slows to a crawl and stays slow. When I re-boot the modem I get a fast connection that may stay fast for days to weeks. I wonder if this is a problem TWC will fix if I request it. Otherwise it is easier to just keep re-starting the modem. |

join:2002-03-06 | You just need a new modem if a reboot clears your issue for X amount of time.
If there was an area problem, a reboot will not resolve, same as a line issue. |

| Very interesting, I never would have guessed that. It does not make sense but I will get a new modem, they always seem glad to replace modems. thanks. |
