Before they do a speed increase here in NEO they need to fix the issue of not getting anywhere near advertised speeds first. I'm on 30/5 and i'm only getting about 3 mbits down but i do get my 5 up tho.
they also need to bring in upload channel bonding first and higher upload speeds.
it took them a day of planned maintenance for docsis 2.0->3.0 upgrade in Athens (SE ohio) feb 2011. Usually that page will tip you off for upgrades in your area.
