As with others I would leave it be, it gives it character. Some are. Many aren't. My HOA handles snow removal when it snows more than 3", mowing the grass in the common area/park, street lights in the neighborhood, and signage. The city's neighborhood code enforcement handles grass that hasn't been mowed and they don't cite houses unless it's at least 6", if not 8" long.
For everything else the HOA basically minds their own business, the way it's suppose to be. |
