They did the same for me, it was a Coplay, but I did a install. If you just order it I think they drop ship to the store. You are probably better off contacting the door manufactures directly if you are going to self install.
Clopay's factory is right in Troy, OH here about 5 miles from where I live.
They have center springs with springs on either side on top as well.
