[OK] Provisioning new modem
I have been dealing with Cox HD since Saturday. They cannot get my Cisco DPC3010 working. I have had a tech come to the house and try to get it working also. I am receiving a 172.19.x.x address and they cannot see the modem. They had opened a ticket to have Tier 2 work it two days ago and they still cannot get the modem working. I need help.
If you could PM me with the account details and the modem's MAC address I can take a look for you.

I know that modem has the USB MAC and modem MAC on the bottom. When called to add mine I accidentally gave the USB MAC so it wouldn't connect >___
