Pixalation and some audio drop out cincinnati ohio

I have an appointment but what would cause pixalation and audio drop out. my signal level according to the samsung diagnistic menu is tunner 1 0.40 to 0.60 dBmV 0 errors

Tunner 2 1.30 to 1.50 dBmV 0 errors

Does it say 0 errors after it pixels on both tuners?

Most likely an area issue, and small chance it is the box itself.
