Why so many fragmented packets? Are you running jumbo frames on your switches that perhaps your router cannot support? |

Ensure you have "Block IP Flood Detection" turned off on the DPC3825. It causes stability issues on the DPC:

IP Flood detection needs to be off for sure though. |
