[AB] 25mbps availability

This is what my DSL Status shows

Broadband Negotiated Mode: VDSL2 - 8B
Downstream Speed: 23295 Kbps
Upstream Speed: 3072 Kbps

When I signed up, they offered me 25mbps, but I thought 15mbps would be sufficient so I went with it. Unfortunately, I want to upgrade my speed. So I phoned in, and after the first tech had software issues and promised to get back to me and didn't, I phoned again, and they said that it shows as available but they can't assign it to me, and to phone back. So phoning back again, the CSR tells me it's not available and I need to phone loyalty and ask for pair bonding to try to get faster internet, but it's not usually allowed unless you have 3 TVs...

What gives?!?!

Go through to 'loyalty'.
Tell them what you have told us.
If you get no satisfaction ask to speak with a level 2 manager.
