After 2-billion dollars invested in R&D, Deployment, and salaries, CNOC members will fight to resell it for 15$ Maybe so but profit is profit, after a set number of years it should open up i can see locking it for like 5 years after construction to give the building company time to earn back build out then allowing tpia access on it for a fair cost+15% markup P:) -- Every time Someone leaves Sympatico an Angel gets its wings.
