So you have electric baseboard heat and live somewhere on earth -- is that correct? It may help if you narrow down the general area on earth where your house is.

I'm in Pennsylvania. We kept everything at around 65 degrees. It was a standard cold month. According to the bill, it says the average temp was 30 degrees for my billing cycle.
