It's going to be a pain to resolve because your signal levels are OK and the signal to noise is fine ... with no bit errors ... so it means it's intermittent. |

Last time the tech came over all he did was install a 3 way splitter and said everything is fine |

Definitely a flaky signal on one or more channels. They warning Dynamic Range Window violation is saying that there is a big difference between the power levels of the 4 channels ... typically that is now over 12dB (at one time that used to be only a few dB to trigger this error) New modem firmware forgives a bigger signal difference. |

Are you using the DCM475? I am using that and because I didn't get it from tek they can't upgrade the firmware. A real big pain in the rear.
Mine pretty much does a disconnect at the same time each night around 11pm. It's annoying but not a show stopper as it will re-initalize and be back within the minute.
At some point I might decide to get a new modem but not at this time. |

I suggest you contact someone like Teddy Boom » ··· /1434918 . He can flash the firmware for a reasonable charge ... |
