| Need file database in php. Public download, 1 admin can edit Hello everyone,
The company I work for has given me a side task of implementing an MSDS database that everyone within the company can download files from and search for files, and only 1 administrator can upload/delete/create directories and upload multiple files at the same time. The database will be local and run on Apache/phpmyadmin/mysql which is what I have on my desktop now to demonstrate at work though Remote Desktop. All will run on the internal network, localhost.
So far I have tried the following. Encode Explorer »encode-explorer.siineiolekala.net/ which has no search but I made one but can only upload 1 file at a time. The search is crude and gives results outside the interface but it's the best I can do.
Acan »bijarniya.com/projects/acan says it can create public links but I have no idea how to make it do that and so far only the administrator account works but there is no public access. It is the best however but without public access to files it's useless.
SFM, Standalone F-Manager »sourceforge.net/projects/s-f-m/?source=dlp allows member and administrator to edit files. Don't know if it allows multiple logins on the same member account.
And finally PHP FILE MANAGER. This one is open to editing to everyone and is useless.
Can anyone here modify Encode Explorer to add a search feature and allow multiple file upload? Or does anyone know is there any other file database script I can use to allow what I need? |
