| Optimum iOS app -- odd behavior The Optimum app on all of my iOS devices is pulling up the wrong guide data. I live in NY but the channel lineup is for a NJ system. When I tune to a channel that's not offered in my area (WLNY or News 12 NJ, for example), I get a not authorized message.
I called it in to support. They were stumped and had to escalate. Is anyone else seeing this behavior? |

One problem I've been noticing on the iOS app is that my favorite channels keep disappearing. I'll set my favorites in the app and they will, for no reason, disappear within a few hours. Anyone one else have this or know what I could do to fix it? Thanks. |
