What speed Tier do you have?
Are you trying to watch the youtube videos on a Wired Connection or wireless ?

It's not us or any other ISP also having the same problem right now...this misery is brought to you by the fine folks at Google....sorry...until they decide t change things this will likely be your experience from time to time. If the proxy method works by all means use it.

Well there's lots of talk about this specific issue right now and lots of hunches floating around but only Google knows why and they aren't talkin  (why should they...its much easier for the ISP to take the blame while they sit back and watch the show)
