It's not a problem of occasional performance issues but of long-term repeated problems and a failure to act appropriately upon them. Adelphia has long been wanting to be a bigtime player but isn't willing to put in the effort to provide decent service. I wish these people luck with their actions; no one deserves to be sued more than Adelphia.
