Start.ca → [Cable] Trouble-shooting re levels

I'm getting some strange levels on my return path:

Channel ID Frequency Power Modulation
1 38.6 MHz 48.3 dBmV 64 QAM
2 30.6 MHz 48.3 dBmV 64 QAM
3 23.7 MHz 48.3 dBmV 64 QAM
0 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV QPSK

Is this usual?

Nothing wrong with those levels. The 4th entry just means that they are only using 3 upstream channels rCable is doing that lately.

Well, turns out im an idiot.

I thought that the Channel ID was the power level.

-facepalm

(oh and, my 3rd upstream channel was up, but went down after a modem reboot, so I guess they are doing maintenance)
