| reply to looch2 Hate to tell you this but the modem that you bought isn't compatible with Qwest DSL. Qwest uses PPPoA (PPP over ATM) and the DSL800E doesn't support that. Here's the tech specs for it. »www.bestdata.com/DSL800Especs.htm If you want to use a third party modem, I know that an Efficient Speedstream 5660 (»www.efficient.com/products/routsoho.html) will work.
