Then you need to call support and have them take a look to make sure your levels are within spec.

I've been having the same problem with mine as well. I'm using a Surfboard SB6121. I've had it reboot about 5 times in the past hour or so, but right now it seems to have stabilized.

about 2 years ago a tech came out and fixed the problem, had no resets or anything for about a year and a half, now all of a sudden past month or so constant modem resets.

Modem is an Arris TM822

I've called a tech out since then problem went away for about a week then came back.

They need to do more then just check power levels and check out on the Pole.

There was a nationwide DNS outage for several hours about the same time you were posting this.

DNS issues wouldn't cause his modem to reset itself several times.

Probably but DNS was out at the same time so I question whether he misinterpreted what was happening.

I switched to OpenDNS after that big snafu, a few days ago. Yes, it is working great.

I had this problem a year ago or so. Turns out the outside cable was rotted and there was water inside the coax.
