Then you need to call support and have them take a look to make sure your levels are within spec. |

I've been having the same problem with mine as well. I'm using a Surfboard SB6121. I've had it reboot about 5 times in the past hour or so, but right now it seems to have stabilized. |

about 2 years ago a tech came out and fixed the problem, had no resets or anything for about a year and a half, now all of a sudden past month or so constant modem resets.
Modem is an Arris TM822
I've called a tech out since then problem went away for about a week then came back.
They need to do more then just check power levels and check out on the Pole. |

So what did he do to fix the problem last time? |

There was a nationwide DNS outage for several hours about the same time you were posting this. |

Probably but DNS was out at the same time so I question whether he misinterpreted what was happening. |

I switched to OpenDNS after that big snafu, a few days ago. Yes, it is working great.

I had this problem a year ago or so. Turns out the outside cable was rotted and there was water inside the coax. |
