[rCable] Usage meter down/broken?Wondering if anyone else is noticing the following error with the START usage meter. It has been working fine for me until just now:
Sorry we are unable to automatically determine your account. You must be connected through your Start Communications internet service to check your usage online. If you believe this message is in error please contact us and quote your address of xx.xx.xx.xx |

Looks like your IP probably changed, when that happens it can take a couple minutes before the usage web site page catches up. We're adding this functionality into our portal as well where it won't have to make any assumptions about who you are and will give a few other details about your usage. |

I just checked my router and the WAN has the same IP for quite some time. My first guess was browser... |
