I read somewhere that tsi has bought a small cable network... I don't know if this means TV is in the offing though. I have thought of leaving rogers for IPTV as well but would like to stay with tsi. Hopefully something next year. I would just go to the antenna, but my wife likes a few of the specialty channels. |

Thanks for the link RizzleQ ... it would appear something is going on, but atm.. it is speculative and maybe I should be considering hanging on for a bit longer. |

Really hope they start offering some good TV packages soon. Tired of paying Rogers for junk. Seriously considering IPTV however then I would have to leave Teksavvy which I rather not but may be forced to do. |

I'm in the same position. I really hope TekSavvy launches an IPTV. Really don't wanna switch from teksavvy unless I have to. |

I was going to switch to Vmedia. I went to far as to cancel my Bell TV. But reading on these forums and their own website there seems to be all kinds of issues with stability of their internet service. As much as I'd love to save $50 a month on TV services a stable internet connection is worth much more to me.
Vmedia has also outsourced at least part of their customer service to India and it was apparent immediately. I don't know their business plan but I do wonder how they are able to offer unlimited internet for the same or less while their light users now become heavy users due to the constant video streaming. |
