Tonight I'm getting a max of 600kb/s down on youtube when I always max it. Could it be related to the storm? On all videos it maxes at 597.4KB/s no higher. Is anyone else in CT or anywhere else seeing this? It seems like a routing issue with CV but I want to be sure it isn't me.

thinkpad join:2000-07-26 Stamford, CT	thinkpad Member 2014-Nov-27 11:23 am That doesn't work, I still seem to be throttled on Youtube, starting yesterday the 26th the speeds wouldn't go past 597.4KB/s they would start off full speed then drop after 2 secs to that speed
