I've been an Optik customer for 6 years and a TTV customer for at least 2 years before that.
While we had the initial contract with TTV we haven't "gone on contact" since. When we moved into our new place and switched to Optik we got all new hardware, but even then they didn't change the credits on our account.
For the OP, I think you can safely just let the contract run out and do nothing and you'll still get your rental credits. That said, if you re-up you might be able to get a TV, Computer or $400 Visa Gift Card from them.... for another 3 years of commitment.
