[cCable] Intermittent Freezing cCable

Hello;

Notice that my internet appears to freeze intermittently. Thought it might be the games site I was on (World Of Tanks) but also notice that while watching movies same thing. The game/movie will freeze up for anyware 1 to several seconds. Very annoying.

Any idea were to look, what it might be? Modem diags info below... I could also be the only one using the internet or other might be on it. Happens any time so not patern. Can be in the morning or at night...

Speed test below.

I would call in as your BERs seem high. They should all be 0.

Did you take those first modem stats within a few minutes of rebooting the modem? If so, those bit errors make sense as the modem tries to sync. Within a few minutes of traffic they would go to zero.

Hey

Did nothing, the first readings were at night when I was having the issue. The second set of readings were in the morning without doing anything (no reboot, etc)...
