Anon | A Long Frustrating Experience
I ordered on May 4 and cancelled without any installation on August 12. finally, in July they set me up with GTE for a line install. No one showed. When questioned, PSN replyed that there was a mixup with GTE and I would have an expedited install. Right after that they billed my credit card, still no service, not even dial up. No new date, I got tired of waiting and cancelled a month later. I emailed my cancellation (with return reply notification turned on so I would have proof they got it) to every email address on their web site. I called MC and they said they would take care of it. I'm lucky they billed me without delivering anything. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! |
