Did you mean demarc, or the terminal at the street?
Here in WA, we won't run buried line from your dmarc (the sni on the outside of the house) out to say, a detached building on the same property... you'd have to hire a contractor on your own to do that... so my answer is going to be based on the cost of another line from the terminal at the street (on the right-of-way)...
Which as far as I know, varies from state to state... Here it's $250 for the first 300 feet, and $160 for each subsequent 300 feet (or less)... so, say we plow in 450 feet of wire, it's $410 even though you didn't use up the whole "subsequent" 300 feet...
I believe you can request "6 pair" buried service wire... but unless you specially request it, it's usually just a 3 pair...
