| I thought about joining scientology back in the early 70's. They had some cute babes doing the come-on pitch, some impressive hand waving and promises. Just what a 19 year old just off momma's apron strings would go for (implied sex sells a lot, especially to boot sailors!)
What turned me off was the mystical gadget that could analyze (I think it was your emotion stability) you and help guide you to fulfillment. When I realized that the mystical gadget nothing more that a galvanometer/ohmmeter, zip. -- I am not lost, I find myself every time. |
