There is precious little dissenting opinion now that a handful of corporations control most of our news media.
Exactly my point. Even if there are reporters here who want to criticize, they have to think twice about the consequences... Why write/say it if you will have to apologize and equivocate later (anyone watch Politically Incorrect?). Provided, of course, that you will even be allowed to say it.

This is not a good administration, neither was the previous one. Corruption and incompetence have become acceptable at the highest levels of government and industry.
Or the one before that, Or the one before that, Etc...
With each new administration it gets worse, as the powers-that-be become more and more consolidated. Revising history in order to foster the "correct" responses from us.

I can name 30+ "conservative" commentators on T.V./radio today. How many "liberals" can you name?

Maybe you can identify them, because the identify themselves, most of the liberals ones "say oh no we aren't liberals" while they vote about 95% with liberal causes, when they are the national news services.

The huge majority of print and television media journalists are liberal. No secret and no debate there. The only place conservative media personalities dominate in numbers is in the field of talk radio.

As for identifying who is liberal and who is conservative in either the news media or the news itself, it is easy. If someone is liberal their name and title, if any, is just given. For instance Columnist and commentator John Smith. This is no matter how liberal he is or how liberal of an organization he may represent or be a spokesperson for. If on the other hand he is a conservative he will almost always be identified as "conservative" columnist and commentator John Smith.

Simple stuff really.
