|  Yikes, my Concentric DSL has worked great.
I switched from Telocity, who is probably the worst ISP on the planet to Concentric several months ago. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I work for a computer/networking company in the Metro Detroit area, and I get to personally hear horror stories from our customers about DSL. From what I hear from my customers almost all DSL installs are nightmare ordeals. I only personally know one other person in this area who has Concentric, and they have been very happy with it. Maybe we were just lucky, who knows. The only thing I do know is that Concentric has fixed any problems I have had. This even included refunding my installation charge, after I noticed they were waiving it for new customers. I had already had the service for almost a month, and they credited my account $90!! |
