-Did you ever think to toggle the option in AOL's config that you have to toggle to use your connection with other applications ?
-In order to use netscape, some of my associates have had to toggle this AOL option. (back before they knew any better, they started with AOL) Sorry, I use a real ISP not a web page provider, so I am unfamiliar with their option menus, otherwise I would offer the location of the switch.
-I must say I have worked with some real rock heads that held MCSE certs. lol @ how truely worthless they really are.
-P.S. If you work at an ISP then why the hell were you using AOL? Is it possibly becasue you were a lot less knowledgeable then ? This would in-validate your defense that "I work for an ISP troubleshooting WAN / LAN connetions all day". You were not at that knowledge level when you used AOL. Or when you un-justly tried to assult them based on your own ignorant mistake. Don't get me wrong, AOL sucks for manr reasons like cost and ads and targeted search results.
