XP Temp=Perflib_Perfdata_674.dat

Hi, I don't know if this is the right forum to post this question. Here it goes, I tried deleting this file Perflib_Perfdata_674.dat in the WINNT\TEMP directory on my XP home edition OS, which I can't because it is protected. The file grows into another file name with the same Perflib_Perfdata_***.dat but a different numbers at every boot-up. I can delete the older versions, but not the most current version (date & time) is protected and another file seems to tag along with these other files is T30DebugLogFile.txt Does anyone have any info on this Perflib_Perfdata_674.dat file?
Thanks!

I have the same problem in XP pro! I tried the link that Zupe posted a couple months ago and it didn't work! The files are created by Outlook. I think these files are supposed to be in another folder, however I haven't found any information on it other than the posted link and can't find any relation to the files in the registry
