My client was tricked...

..into "renewing". Only problem was the original registrar had included other services as well, such as URL forwarding DNS service etc..

Once the transfer went through, my client's website went dead.

I think my client is entitled to damages from this fraud for lost business, and VeriSign should face CRIMINAL charges for this!
