HELP!! orinoco usb DEAD

HI can anyone help . i have a orinococ wireless usb (silver) adapter.. was trying to updaate the firmware..and pc crashed!!!!....
now the pc wont see the card. tried old software...latest software no good. the power light at the front sometimes shows red... can anyone help pleeeease

If you were in the middle of the firmware update (ie either erasing or copying the new firmware) then the firmware is either missing or corrupt. (Obivously since it doesn't work)

Have you tried reflashing the firmware again? If that fails your only option is to RMA the unit to the manufacturer.
