I Emailed my local Tech the following:

"Are P2P software such as Kazaa & Morpheus in violation under Insight's AUP?"

His reply was:

"Technically, yes they are in violation. I haven't heard of someone being banned for use of these services, but if you run it full time that will show up as a server. There should be no worries, unless you do run one of these
P2P full time."
