Wanted!! Some IIS tips....

I want to try the Ftp/Web service on WinXP.
What i want is to set an secure area/dir to my website,
And in the upload area in my ftp i want to create individual maps, Like this map named "mike" can only mike upload/download to or from....

im not totaly new to ftp-services but in IIS i dont know how to make it....
