| Re: History Repeats Itself I think that the industry eventually accepted copying of older analog media because of the fact that there is so much degradation from one copy generation to the next. The great fear with digital media is that there is no degradation.
Once again I'll state that I feel they should be spending their money on trying to stop distribution instead on wasting it trying to stop the ability to play copies (which will be defeated).
