Your friend in DSL Hell. | |  Anon | my sales rep was a woman but the extension she gave me was to a guys'... sex change operation? probably not but anyway i'm still waiting for my dsl line i ordered over 4 weeks ago. and hold time are awful, all in all i think ive spent over 20 hrs on hold! once over 5 hrs and didnt get through
anyway, if psn is reading this, remember that most people will cancel after their one year contract is up cuz u suck... maybe you should give us a few months near the end for free, and we'll try to forget the problems we experienced at the beginning of it all
think about it this way, give us 2 extra months ($80) of good service (that is supposing u have a good backbone network a year from now) and u get $500 back for another 1 yr contract, otherwise i'm gettin SBC's Project Pronto DSL when it gets here. | |  Anon | I had someone there tell me she didn't have an extension, but thanks to this phone list, she was lying... I know the PSN guys are reading this. Any comments as to why the hold times are so bad and now that your phone list is public knowledge, what are you going to do to solve the problems everyone is experiencing? | |
