| Great Guide to Partioning Hard Drives After looking through the forum FAQ and the website of the vendor for my HDD, I went to Google and came up with something surprisingly good that I thought would be useful and informative for all you guys and gals. Most importantly, the guide stresses that there is no perfect solution and it all depends on your personal needs.

| Here's a Format and fdisk the uses a Windows 98 boot disk. This is good if you want to do a clean install of Windows.

This is embarrasing...even a dummy like me can't understand the easy partitioning guides.
I would say that those who have data on their disks and don't want to lose everything over a simple resize of a partition should consider a software soultion like Partition Magic Pro.
