Hi had the same problem. The 5360 worked fine when connected directly to my PC with 10/100 card. But with a router (Netgear RT314) in between, I experienced 80% packet loss. Looked into Efficient's site and found about the Firmware flaw in newer 5360 (part number 060-5360-023 and model number 120-5360-502 ). See here »portal.knowledgebase.net/display···37369&s=
I downloaded the update and applied. Now it rocks! No packet loss problem.
