Datapacket.net Sucks

DPN (datapacket.net) is the most unprofessional hosting company I’ve had the dishonor of dealing with. There tech-support is the worst and rude, after emailing them several times because I couldn’t login after some “brain trust” changed my administration login I get no response.

The server is down repeatedly and when up is often slow, very slow! They talk about being reliable, having all these redundant high-speed connections, etc. and other nonsense to ensure that “your site is up and running 24 hours a day.” DON’T BELIEVE IT!!! They are liars! But if you care to waste your time and money and give it to bunch of tricksters, then DPN (datapacket.net) is a good choice.

DPN is down

 I think this is a mute point. My domains on DPN have been down since 10 Sept. Initially, DPN had a note on their web site that they were shut down by law enforcement and would be back up in 48-72 hours. Its been almost a week.

I'm moving my domains to another hosting provider, and this time doing my homework. I'm shocked at how many bad reviews I found in searching on DataPacket.net and its previous name, BRInet.
