Well we are back from our honeymoon, and everything went great! We had a wonderful time in Spain. You can check out the pictures of our wedding and honeymoon here:

»gallery.prwdot.org/wedding/

BTW, I'm rearranging the site a bit, because Becky will soon be moving her stuff over. If you go to

»prwdot.org/

You will see our main site, with links to both of our personal sites. My personal site is now

»peter.prwdot.org/

and becky's is currently

»zenobia.blogspot.com/

although it will soon be

»rebecca.prwdot.org/

Cheers!

Five Days

It's the final countdown - five days until my wedding! October 26, 2002 is at the end of this week!!!! Not much else to say other than I'm excited and I wish I didn't have to work three and a half days this week. Ah well!

Today is October 6, 2002. On this day in 1978, I was born.

Happy 24th birthday to me.

This birthday is overshadowed, however, by another event which is coming up soon: The Wedding! October 26, 2002 - less than 3 weeks away! I'm very excited....

Phew, time for an update!

The wedding is less than two months away!! Planning is still going well. We've got tuxes picked out, a band reserved, invitations are sent out, everything is just moving right along. It's great.

I went to the Northshore Apple Store's Jaguar release party on August 23, bought Jaguar, and installed it on my PowerBook... it's working great! Check out my Jaguar page here.

I've ordered a gig of ram for my PowerBook Pismo... taking it up to its physical maximum. It should be arriving today... exciting.

I'm also working on a page about the Pismo. You can take a look at it here.

Tah-tah.

Ihnatko!

Saw Andy Ihnatko at last night's BMAC meeting. Very entertaining and somewhat informative. For an update, check my blog.

Today's the big day - most of my personal effects have been moved out of my room in my apartment and into storage in my fiancee's apartment. The remaining items are in my room and I will be taking them tonight to the house I will be staying at until October 26.

The end of a short but important era in my life has come to a close - my first year out of college and living on my own. I've learned a lot, had some good times, and made some friends. Now it's time for a brief intermission... a few months of peace while I prepare for marriage.

Here are a few quick tidbits to bring you up to speed on me and what's up with me:

* I'm 23 years old

* I graduated from Gordon College of Wenham, MA, in May of 2001, with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science.

* Since then, I have been working the 9-to-5 as a Perl developer for an e-commerce company in the North Shore area of Boston.

* I am engaged to be married to Becky, who I met at college, and who I have been dating for almost two years. We are getting married on October 26, 2002 - just over 2 months away!

* We are busily planning our wedding. We have most of the major details worked out, and we just confirmed our travel plans for the honeymoon - we will be staying at Atlantic Club Reserva de Marbella in Malaga, Spain, and will be flying over on Air France.

* I am moving out of my current apartment in Woburn, MA (a north suburb of Boston) to a friend's house in Danvers, MA (a north shore outlying suburb of Boston). Hopefully this will be done by the end of the week.

That's all the salient information... ta ta!

prwood's Jaunty Journal

Greetings everyone! Let me start my new journal off by pointing you to my other journal:

»prwdot.org/?p=mt

That is on my personal website, and I will continue to post to it.

This journal on DSLR will contain more random thoughts, tidbits, etc, that may or may not make it to my 'official' website journal.

With that being said, I welcome you to my journal!
