What type of digital box do you have? Explorer 2000 or higher?
If so, hold down the middle button (in the middle of the 4 other navigation buttons) until the "message" light flashes, and then press "Info".
Down at the bottom you'll have a couple of signal levels. List them here.
Post your cable modem signal levels as well.
