Wow that I have to admit is stupid if they have the service available they should have the modems to support the service, I would think.
Maybe if you set up a install appointment the installer would have it on the truck anyways I dont know I used to have the 1 way service for a month before the upgrade 2 years ago and it was pretty horrible, you may be better off sticking with Dial Up or checking on Sat Service.
