hmm...good question. i think it happens most of the time if i just d/l directed by clicking on a link. but it doesn't show this problem when i use a download program like download accelerator. |

OK, another question. Does it happen on every download? If not, then it's likely due to the server you are downloading from.

during. for exemple the file downloads at a certain speed and all of a sudden the 2computers icon stops signalling and my speed drops significantly. then after awhile it starts downloading again. sort of like it has to stop to catch "breath" before receiving more data. |
